The BySort system enhances processing quality by automating the unloading of completed cut parts, ensuring careful, reliable material handling when paired with the ByTrans Cross. Fully integrated into the BySoft software environment, BySort allows all cutting and unloading plans to be managed from a single touchscreen interface. Operators can control the system directly through the Bystronic laser cutting system’s terminal, simplifying workflow and reducing manual intervention.
BySort offers maximum flexibility with multiple unloading positions and a variety of gripper modules, adaptable to different part sizes and shapes. The system can be upgraded or retrofitted to existing ByTrans Cross setups at any time, providing a scalable solution for automated parts handling.
