The new ByTube Star 330 sets the standard for versatility, supporting tubes up to 40 feet long and offering 6 or 10 kW of laser power. It automatically processes the entire range of tubes and open sections (from 0.06 feet to 1 foot) with zero set-up time, making it the most capable tube laser available.
The ByTube Star 330 boosts productivity with zero setup time for tubes and open sections up to 1 ft in diameter, extendable to 1.063 ft with minimal manual adjustment. It’s designed to handle all standard profiles with powerful 6 kW or 10 kW laser options.
Its 3D cutting head and QuickCut function deliver high speed and consistent quality across a wide range of tube sizes. Optional features like Laserscan and the Weld Search Camera ensure precise alignment, accurate cuts, and superior finished parts.
Automation takes efficiency further with fully automatic feeding and sorting of 40-ft tubes, reducing labor and safety risks. With integrated drilling, tapping, marking, and phase cutting, the ByTube Star 330 streamlines production and replaces multiple downstream processes.
